Great, short post about “falling off” the healthy band-wagon! Sharing motivation is a great way to STAY MOTIVATED and to forgive yourself when you get off track with your goals…horse or health wise! (It happens to me a lot)! Enjoy the post! I will be adding my own somewhat healthy post tomorrow. I’ve been doing leg exercises. They’re working! I have a lot to share, but for now it’s off to a 3 hr class of British History (bleh).
